  • Acceptance of offer
  • Buyer – Inspection
  • Subjects negotiated and removed
  • Seller – receives deposit

4. Legal

  • Hire lawyer or notary
  • Completion – you receive funds from sale of home
  • Possession date – I deliver keys to buyer
