From offers and negotiations, to setting up appointments with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and lawyers – I’ve got you covered.

1. Consultation

  • Determine what’s within your price range & exactly what you are looking for
  • Secure a mortgage pre-approval
  • Go out and see properties

2. Found The Right Place

  • Decide key factors:
    • Price, dates, deposit, and subjects
  • I prepare Contract of Purchase & Sale
  • Offer accepted! I sort out the details:
    • Inspection
    • Strata documents (for condos and townhomes)
    • Title Search
    • Property Disclosure Statement 
    • Review all other relevant documentation 
    • Remove subjects and submit deposit cheque

3. Legal

  • Lawyer or notary complete closing documents
  • Arrange home & fire insurance
  • Completion – money & title exchange
  • Possession – It’s yours!
